One cuvée per year ! This is the choice of Maison Jacquesson, to create the very best only. A unique blend, representing almost the entire production of the domain and completed by some reserve wines. A late disgorgement cuvée and the Lieux-dits cuvées are available every year too. Jacquesson selected 3 lieux-dits in 2009 : Dizy Corne Bautray, Avize Champ Caïn eand Ay Vauzelle Terme.

Cuvée Corne Bautray 2009 is a Blanc de blancs, non dosed champagne sourced from the little village of Corne Bautray, south-west facing where 1 hectar of chardonnay was planted in 1960. Even rarer than cuvée 738 Dégorgement Tardif, this one is produced in limited quantity: 5.172 bottles and 300 magnums only.
For this cuvée, Chardonnays were harvested on September 18th 2009. 12.000 of this white grape variety were planted in 1962 on a 1,30 hectar plot. The 10.306 bottles and 395 magnums are characterized by their great delicacy. The cuvée has been bottled on June 3rd 2010, and the disgorgement was conducted 9 and a half years later. The result ? An Extra-Brut champagne, with a light acidulous touch on apples and citrus, and a powerful salinity. A cuvée of terroir.
This beautiful Blanc de Noirs cuvée, without dosage, is sourced from a small plot of 30 ares, planted with 2500 Pinot Noirs plants in 1980. Vintage 2008 received the incredible note of 19,5/20 in the guide Revue du Vin de France ! This cuvée clearly deserves this distinction. The 2.522 bottles and 155 magnums offer a nectar of an incredible volume and an endless length in the mouth. The nose unveils dried fruits and quince aromas, while the palate offers an unctuous frame, and a long final which brings a very pleasant minerality.
