- Champagne Moët & Chandon: With an impressive length of 28 kilometers, the biggest cellar of Épernay compares to a great underground labyrinth. Up to 30 meters below the ground, the constant temperature of 10 to 12 degrees Celsius creates the perfect environment for the champagne bottles to develop their fine bubbles and age in perfect conditions until their release.
